Speaker Bio:

Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, I’ve had the opportunity to see business from virtually every aspect. This includes finance, marketing, product development, social/digital marketing and last but certainly not least customer service, and every other aspect that makes a business succeed. As the author of the book Lucid Leadership, my research has taught me that the best leaders and organizations in the world are enjoying success through clarity. This clarity, includes the way in which they understand their marketplace, their own internal cultures and ultimately the way in which they develop a higher sense of self-awareness about their impact to their customers, coworkers and team members.
